FAQ

Return Policy

Jupiter Games does not accept returns on Magic Singles purchased in-store, nor does Jupiter Games accept returns on Magic Singles purchased online and picked up in our Retail Store.

To request a return for cards on a shipment order, please follow the procedure outlined HERE.

Jupiter Games evaluates all Return Requests on a case-by-case basis.
Jupiter Games reserves the right to refuse Return Requests.


Step 1: Send Us a Return Request

Send an email to buyer@jupitergamesonline.com with the list of cards you wish to return and your reason for requesting the return. Please include the Order ID # and date of purchased in your Return Request.

Return requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the order’s delivery.


Step 2: We’ll Review Your Return Request

We’ll review your Return Request, and we’ll let you know within 2 business days if your Return Request has been approved.


Step 3: Ship Us Your Cards

If your Return Request is approved, print out a copy of the email and send it, along with your cards, to our Returns Processing address, below. Please ship your order within 7 days of receiving your refund confirmation email.

Step 4: We’ll Review Your Cards

Once your cards are received, they will be checked to ensure all cards listed are present and in the condition that was listed in your original order and/or Return Request. If there are any discrepancies in cards or grading, we will contact you via email before further processing your return.


Step 5: We Process your Refund

Refund payments are generally processed within 2 business days after receipt of the returned cards and are made via PayPal against the original payment transaction.

 


How to Ship Your Cards

Make sure that the order of the cards you include match the order you listed on your original packing slip. Your refund confirmation email should be printed out and included with your cards. Failure to follow either of these steps will delay processing time and refund payment.

Package cards securely, making sure they are not able to move around. Row boxes and plastic card cases made specifically for trading cards are good choices for packaging, using packing material around the outside if necessary. You may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, though we suggest using a method that allows you to track your package. Please ship your order within 7 days of receiving your refund confirmation email.

Please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance if your order hasn’t arrived in 7 days (US) or 14 days (outside the US). Please send an email to support@jupitergames.info, including your full name, order id#, date your order was submitted, and the shipment tracking number you received when your order shipped.

If your order was damaged in shipping, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance. Please send an email to support@jupitergames.info, including your full name, order id#, date your order was submitted, and the shipment tracking number you received when your order shipped.

ORDERS MISSING CARDS
While Jupiter Games makes every effort to keep our inventory system accurate concerning available quantity and card condition, at times it is necessary to cancel all or part of an order that cannot be fulfilled as submitted because the cards are unavailable to ship, or do not meet the guidelines for condition ordered. In those cases, we will process a refund within two business days.

If you receive an order that is missing cards, check your PayPal account for a refund. If you do not see a refund within two business days, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance. Please send an email to support@jupitergames.info, including your full name, order id#, and the date your order was submitted, as well as which cards from your order that are missing.

CARD CONDITION NOT AS ORDERED
While Jupiter Games makes every effort to keep our inventory system accurate concerning available quantity and card condition, at times it is necessary to cancel all or part of an order that cannot be fulfilled because the cards in our inventory do not meet the guidelines to ship as the condition ordered. In those cases, we will process a refund within two business days.

Conversely, if you believe you received not in the condition ordered, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance. Please send an email to support@jupitergames.info, including your full name, order id#, and the date your order was submitted, as well as which cards do not meet the guidelines for the condition ordered.

REFUNDS
If we can’t fulfill your order as submitted, we will process a refund. Reasons for this may include but are not limited to, cards that exceed our ORDER LIMIT, cards that do not meet the guidelines for the condition ordered, and cards that are otherwise unavailable for fulfillment.

In most cases, refunds are processed 1-2 business days after order submission or the receipt of cards in an approved return.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders that circumvent our ORDER LIMIT will be canceled, in whole or in part, and refunded within two business days.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
Jupiter Games accepts Cash, Store Credit, Jupiter Games Gift Cards, and all major Credit Cards.
We do not accept store credit for payment of Event Entry fees.
Jupiter Games does not accept PayPal as an in-store payment method.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Jupiter Games accepts payment by Credit Card and PayPal account funds via the PayPal payment processing system.
Online order must be paid for by these methods at the time the order is submitted.
Payment cannot be made in-store for an order placed online.
Online shopping carts cannot be accessed on-store and orders started online cannot be converted into an in-store purchase.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All order fees are the buyer’s responsibility, including shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any applicable customs fees, tariffs, and sales and use taxes imposed by your locality.

SHIPMENT METHODS
Jupiter Games ships worldwide using the United States Postal Service.
Available shipping methods for domestic orders are USPS Standard, USPS Priority, and USPS Express. All domestic shipments include tracking. Available shipping methods for orders shipped outside the United States are USPS First Class International (no tracking) and USPS Express Mail International (has tracking).

SHIPMENT TRACKING
USPS Tracking numbers are generated automatically for all shipments made using trackable SHIPMENT METHODS. We’ll email a tracking number to you when your order ships. If you do not receive your tracking number, first check your “spam” or “junk” folders. If you still did not receive a tracking number, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance. Please send an email to support@jupitergames.info, including your full name, order id#, and the date your order was submitted.

SHIPMENT TIMES
Orders placed before 1 PM EST on Monday-Friday generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following business day. Some orders may take up to two business days to ship out. Order processing times are approximate and may be longer at peak processing times. In-Store orders for in-store pickup:
~15-30 minutes during Magic Singles Sales & Buying hours, otherwise 30-45 minutes after opening the next day.

Online orders for in-store pickup:
~35-45 minutes during Magic Singles Sales & Buying hours, otherwise 30-45 minutes after opening the next day.

Online orders for shipping:

CUSTOMS FEES & TARRIFS
All order fees are the buyer’s responsibility, including shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any applicable customs fees, tariffs, and sales and use taxes imposed by your locality.

SALES TAX
Jupiter Games collects Sales Tax for all orders picked-up in-store or shipped to an address within New York State.

ORDER LIMITS
Jupiter Games limits the purchase of Magic Singles to 8 (eight, two playsets) of each card. This limit applies regardless of whether the cards are purchased in a single order or across two or more orders. Orders that circumvent this limit will be canceled, in whole or in part, and refunded within two business days.

Jupiter Games has a $5 minimum purchase threshold for online transactions.

PRESALE CARDS
Jupiter Games makes select Magic Singles available for purchase before release. We label these as “Presale” cards. We will hold all cards in orders containing “Presale” cards until formally released Wizards of the Coast.

If you wish to purchase both “Presale” cards and cards that are released, please do so in separate orders.

PROMO CARD SALES
Jupiter Games handles Magic: the Gathering promotional materials, including Promo Magic Singles, in strict accordance to the Wizards of the Coast Promotional Materials Policy.
Jupiter Games does not sell undistributed promos.

Grading Guidelines – Card Conditions


Near Mint:

A card in Near Mint condition will show little to no wear. It may have a light scratch, small nick, or barely noticeable border wear. A foil card will have little to no clouding and retain most or all of its original gloss.


Slightly Played:

 A card in Slightly Played condition will show visible, minor wear. It may have mild border or corner wear, minor bending, light scratching, small nicks, light scuffing, or very minor border creasing. A foil card may also have moderate clouding and have lost some of its original gloss.


Heavily Played:

A card in Heavily Played condition will show easily visible, but not extreme wear. It may have extensive border or corner wear, major bending, major scratching, major nicks, major scuffing, major creasing along the top border from shuffling, moderate whitening, slight inking along the borders, slight tearing along the borders, minor water damage, minor dirt buildup, or slight discoloration. A foil card may also have major clouding and have lost most of its original gloss. Signed cards and stamped cards will be graded as Heavily Played, even if they would otherwise be in Near Mint or Slightly Played Condition.


Damaged:

A card in Damaged condition will show easily visible, extreme wear. It may have major whitening, heavy inking, major creasing or tearing, extensive water damage, writing on the front or back, missing pieces, extensive dirt buildup, or extreme discoloration. A foil card that is Damaged may also have lost all of its original gloss. Cards that exhibit a discernible odor are Damaged.
