Return Policy

Jupiter Games does not accept returns on Magic Singles purchased in-store, nor does Jupiter Games accept returns on Magic Singles purchased online and picked up in our Retail Store.

To request a return for cards on a shipment order, please follow the procedure outlined HERE.

Jupiter Games evaluates all Return Requests on a case-by-case basis.
Jupiter Games reserves the right to refuse Return Requests.


Step 1: Send Us a Return Request

Send an email to buyer@jupitergamesonline.com with the list of cards you wish to return and your reason for requesting the return. Please include the Order ID # and date of purchased in your Return Request.

Return requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the order’s delivery.


Step 2: We’ll Review Your Return Request

We’ll review your Return Request, and we’ll let you know within 2 business days if your Return Request has been approved.


Step 3: Ship Us Your Cards

If your Return Request is approved, print out a copy of the email and send it, along with your cards, to our Returns Processing address, below. Please ship your order within 7 days of receiving your refund confirmation email.

Step 4: We’ll Review Your Cards

Once your cards are received, they will be checked to ensure all cards listed are present and in the condition that was listed in your original order and/or Return Request. If there are any discrepancies in cards or grading, we will contact you via email before further processing your return.


Step 5: We Process your Refund

Refund payments are generally processed within 2 business days after receipt of the returned cards and are made via PayPal against the original payment transaction.

 


How to Ship Your Cards

Make sure that the order of the cards you include match the order you listed on your original packing slip. Your refund confirmation email should be printed out and included with your cards. Failure to follow either of these steps will delay processing time and refund payment.

Package cards securely, making sure they are not able to move around. Row boxes and plastic card cases made specifically for trading cards are good choices for packaging, using packing material around the outside if necessary. You may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, though we suggest using a method that allows you to track your package. Please ship your order within 7 days of receiving your refund confirmation email.

Jupiter Games is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
