Available shipping methods for domestic orders are USPS Standard, USPS Priority, and USPS Express. All domestic shipments include tracking. Available shipping methods for orders shipped outside the United States are USPS First Class International (no tracking) and USPS Express Mail International (has tracking).
USPS Tracking numbers are generated automatically for all shipments made using trackable SHIPMENT METHODS. We’ll email a tracking number to you when your order ships. If you do not receive your tracking number, first check your “spam” or “junk” folders. If you still did not receive a tracking number, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance. Orders placed before 1 PM EST on Monday-Friday generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following business day.
